| Free Warranty refers to a 3 month / 3,000 miles warranty with ASC Warranty company. The vehicle will be signed up for a warranty at cost of the warranty. Any additions, or increases in warranty coverage will be at the discretion of the customer and will be the responsibility of the customer. | The Free Oil Change and Warranty offers are presented as a customer courtesy. In order to qualify for the offers and individual must be a new customer or enter into a purchase agreement with Middle Man after January 1st, 2011. The free oil change offer is valid for 6 oil changes within the first 18 months of any agreement and is intended for 3,000 mile oil change intervals. The vehicles owner must request the oil change coupon from Middle Man and take the vehicle to Precision Tune Auto Care Center in order to receive the oil change at no charge to the customer. The oil change coupon is valid for a "basic oil change" that includes oil and filter replacement of up to 5 qts. Any additional charges for oil or any special filters that may be required to be used on the vehicle will be the responsibility of the customer. The offer is not transferable and is very vehicle and customer specific. Any contract that becomes more than 14 days delinquent on any payment or any portion of payment may be disqualified from the Free Oil Change program without notice. It will be at the sole discretion of Middle Man to continue participation with any customer or account if the account is determined to be delinquent at any point beyond a 14 day period. The Free Warranty program is offered as a customer courtesy and should be treated as such. Middle Man LLC does not accept any responsibility for the vehicle by offering or presenting the warranty to the individual. The individual has the right to refuse participation in the program. All program terms will have to be met as presented by ASC Warranty. No warranty is implied or presented by Middle Man LLC. The "Free Warranty" refers to the 3,000 mile /90 day coverage program that is offered by ASC Warranty. Not all vehicles are covered by ASC and participation will be subject to terms and acceptance by ASC Warranty. The company is separately owned and operated and is not a part of Middle Man LLC. Participation in the program will be subject to ASC Warranty terms and conditions. Middle Man LLC reserves the right not to present or offer the Free Oil Change or Free Warranty program to any "cash" sale or any deal that varies in terms presented by the sales person at the time of purchase. A "cash" sale is a sale that constitutes the purchased vehicle been bought and paid for in full at the time of sale. A variation in terms refers to a difference in the requested terms, such as down payment or payment figures, for any deal. A variation in price may also change the acceptability of the vehicle into any of the presented programs. |
